Central Trading Agency guarantees its microfiber products against manufacturing defects and shipping damage for 30 days from receipt of the product. We recommend you inspect your item upon receipt. Please contact us about suspected defects:
Upon return of defective product, Central Trading Agency will refund the purchase price of the item plus any corresponding sales tax, as well as corresponding shipping paid with the initial purchase, based on the standard ground (non-expedited) rate.
Damage caused by the customer’s improper care of the product does not fall under this guarantee. Customers should follow the Microfiber Care and Use instructions provided. If the customer has not received instructions with the item, the instructions can be found at CentralTradingAgency.com, under Products>What is Microfiber?>Care & Use Instructions.
Damage resulting from use of a product for other than its intended purpose or any unreasonable treatment not already outlined in the Microfiber Care and Use Instructions does not fall under this guarantee.
Custom products: Damage resulting from custom product configurations or colors not recommended by Central Trading Agency does not fall under this guarantee.
